Matching between senior mentors and junior alumni is based on the alumni' needs and the mentor's experience and availability
As soon as you've been matched, we'll be in touch regarding scheduling options. But you're in no way obligated to conduct a session should you have limited availability

You'll be coaching 8200 junior alumni who have recently completed their service in the 8200 unit and are currently applying to jobs and/or have confirmed job interviews lined up.
This really depends on your availability and experience.
Some mentors are able to commit to regular coaching sessions, while others do one every few weeks or so.
Our mock interviews are structured as follows:
- Introduction - 5 minutes
- Professional mock interview - 35 minutes
- One-on-one session feedback - 5 minutes
- Feedback form - 5 minutes
As soon as we have a match, we'll get in touch with the alumni's availability.
Alumni choose from the following windows:
- Weekdays and/or Weekends
- Morning 08:00 - 12:00 | Afternoons 12:00 - 18:00 | Evenings 18:00 - 22:00
We send those options to the alumnus to choose from. Once confirmed, you'll be notified and get a link to join the scheduled mock-interview.
If you're approached with a match, you're in no way obligated to provide time slots should you have limited availability.
Mentors are in no way obligated to conduct a session. If you’re contacted with a match, you’re free to turn down the session due to scheduling constraints. Our 8200 mentors decide when and how often they conduct sessions based on their availability.
Before the session, we'll send you the alumnus' relevant details - their current and desired position, and past experience, a guideline of how to use the system, and how to prepare before a session.
It's important to us that you come prepared and lead the session, bringing yourself and your experience to the table. Our 8200 mentors' unique professional experience helps better prepare new alumni for a large variety of positions in a number of industries.
We don't require our 8200 mentors to do any follow ups once the session has been conducted and the feedback report completed.
That being said, some mentors take a keen interest in their alumnus' success and prefer to be kept updated on their progress. We understand that each mentor's approach will be slightly different and support them in whatever feels most natural to them.
Alumni will provide us with details on their upcoming interview, including their desired position, company and any special requests they may have.
Using this information our matching algorithm scans our database, providing us with suitable mentors whose experience and skills fit the outgoing alumni's mock interview needs.
