You'll be coached by 8200 senior alumni who have completed their service in the 8200 unit and have been working in your desired position or field for several years. If we are unable to find an 8200 mentor that matches your request or availability, we'll reach out to one of the experts on the Wizco database to conduct the session. 

 

Sessions conducted by a 8200 mentor cost ₪50, while sessions conducted by a Wizco expert cost ₪250. 8200 mentors are kindly volunteering their time to conduct these sessions. The session fee of ₪50 will be donated to 8200 Young Forum program to ensure that as many 8200 new alumni get an opportunity to have a mock interview. 

 

Once you've been invited to schedule a mock interview, we'll ask you to update your session profile with information regarding your upcoming job interview, including your desired position, company and any special requests you may have. 

Using this information our matching algorithm scans our database, providing us with suitable mentors whose experience and skills fit your mock interview needs.

 

 

We'll ask you select your availability from the following windows:
  • Weekdays and/or Weekends
  • Morning 08:00 - 12:00 | Afternoons 12:00 - 18:00 | Evenings 18:00 - 22:00
We use this information to match you with one or more mentors. After we've lined up some availability, you'll be notified to confirm your preferred mentor/expert and time slot. Next you'll receive an email with a link to join the session on the confirmed time and date. 

 

The mock interviews are structured as follows:

  • Introduction - 5 minutes
  • Professional mock interview - 35 minutes
  • One-on-one session feedback - 5 minutes

     

    To make sure you get the most from the mock interview, we recommend that you prepare in exactly the same way you'd prepare for your real interview.
