  • Step 1. RU Alumni sign up

    Once signed up, we’ll take you through the Wizco expert onboarding flow guiding you on how to structure the session and providing example questions.

  • Step 2. Smart matching & scheduling

    You'll only be matched with students whose desired position relates to your area of expertise and scheduling a session is as simple as saying yes or no.

  • Step 3. interview coaching session

    Once confirmed, you'll conduct a 45-minute one-on-one interview coaching session, debriefing the student on what they did well and how to improve.

  • Step 4. Feedback & Contribution

    Once the session ends, the student receives your feedback along with a video recording of the session to the applicant and donate ₪75 to a university cause.

Who will be coaching me?

The mock interview will be conducted by an Reichman University computer science alumni coach who has experience in similar positions and companies to the ones you're interested in or have applied to. If we cannot find a Reichman University computer science alumni coach who meets your mock interview needs, we'll match you with one of Wizco's experts. 

How much does the session cost?

In partnership with Wizco and in celebration of the launch, we’re offering you a complimentary coaching session. 

How does the matching process work?

Once you've been invited to schedule a mock interview, we'll ask you to update your session profile with information regarding your upcoming job interview, including your desired position, company and any special requests you may have. 

Using this information our matching algorithm scans the Reichman University alumni association network, providing us with suitable coaches whose experience and skills fit your mock interview needs.

How does the scheduling work?

We'll ask you select your availability from the following windows:

  • Weekdays and/or Weekends
  • Morning 08:00 - 12:00 | Afternoons 12:00 - 18:00 | Evenings 18:00 - 22:00

We use this information to match you with one or more alumni coaches. After we've lined up some availability, you'll be notified to confirm your preferred mentor/expert and time slot. Next you'll receive an email with a link to join the session on the confirmed time and date. 

How long are the sessions?

The mock interviews are structured as follows:

  • Introduction - 5 minutes
  • Professional mock interview - 35 minutes
  • One-on-one session feedback - 5 minutes

How should I prepare?

To make sure you get the most from the mock interview, we recommend that you prepare in exactly the same way you'd prepare for your real interview.
