You'll be coached by professionals who have senior experience in your applied position and company and have first hand knowledge of the hiring process, or are experts in starting their own businesses.
In partnership with Wizco and in celebration of the launch, we’re offering you a complimentary coaching session with one of Wizco’s thousands of experts.
Once you've been invited to schedule a mock interview, resume review or informational interview, we'll ask you to update your session profile with information regarding your upcoming job interview, or any special requests you may have.
Using this information our matching algorithm scans our database, providing you a choice of experts whose experience and skills fit your coaching needs.
We'll ask you select your availability from the following windows:
- Weekdays and/or Weekends
- Morning 08:00 - 12:00 | Afternoons 12:00 - 18:00 | Evenings 18:00 - 22:00
We understand how busy life can get and are happy to provide alternative availability should the confirmed session time no longer work for you.
We kindly request that you provide 24 hours notice in order for us to notify your chosen expert and reschedule your session. To reschedule or cancel your session, please contact us here.
The coaching sessions are structured as follows:
- Introduction - 5 minutes
- Professional mock interview / resume review / informational interview - 35 minutes
- One-on-one session feedback - 5 minutes

To make sure you get the most from your coaching session, we recommend that you prepare in exactly the same way you'd prepare for your real interview or your own business concept pitch.
If you are being coached for a resume review or an elevator pitch please have a pdf or .doc available to share with your coach. Since this is a one-on-one live coaching session, we suggest you take the call in a quiet, well lit room.
